The black cube has a number of integrated features, such as the built-in appliances on the kitchen side and a swing door that leads into the adjoining kitchen.

The cube has a wall of books towards the living room and a checkroom on the entrance side.

A black kitchen block more than 5 meters long on the south-west side of the cube. The cantilevered concrete worktop invites you to sit down.

Everything you need for cooking is built into the kitchen block itself: hobs, sinks, pull-outs for cookware, cooking utensils, spices, waste bins, bowls, tools…
